The Shindig is a five-piece live band bringing together the energy, character and authenticity of Irish traditional music, folk, rock and some of the best-loved party songs of the last 50 years.
Built for weddings, corporate events, festivals, private parties and celebrations, the band moves effortlessly from Irish trad and folk to full-on singalongs, classic rock, ska, reggae and late-night dancefloor favourites.
At the heart of the band is a genuine understanding of Irish music and its traditions. Members also perform with Poguelogy and The Outcast Crew, bringing real touring and live-performance experience to every show.
The result is an authentic Irish live experience with the versatility to entertain a modern event audience.

A lifelong musician and experienced vocalist, guitarist and performer. Lead vocalist with Poguelogy and The Outcast Crew, with extensive touring experience across Ireland and Europe.
FINN O'MAHONEY
BASS / VOCALS
Finn brings extensive live experience, having performed at major Irish festivals and venues and toured extensively across Europe with The Outcast Crew.
JOHN DAVIDSON
FIDDLE / VOCALS
An accomplished fiddle player, vocalist and session musician, John has worked on major productions and as a session musician in Nashville. Also a member of Pogueology, CUA and The Outcast Crew.
DAVID HARTE
BANJO / MANDOLIN / GUITAR / VOCALS
A seasoned multi-instrumentalist who has toured extensively throughout Europe and the USA with Bog Bodies, Buíoch and The Outcast Crew.
PAUL FLYNN

The powerhouse behind The Shindig, with extensive wedding and live-event experience and European touring with The Outcast Crew.
